Here
we see Victoria in a simple “Little Black Dress”. It’s just the basic strapless,
single color with a bow on top for accent. She accessorizes with a black hat,
whether you would call it a “ Fedora, Bowler or Trilby Style” it also adds style without
losing the theme, “Simple but elegant”. Finally she has a nice long chain necklace
and a grouping of bracelets on one arm and a single on the other to give the
outfit a bit of “Bling”. Very nicely done Victoria!
In
the above picture we see Victoria with group member Krystal at a somewhat
formal function. Again we find her in a little but classy dress. Black is one
of those colors that can be worn on almost any occasion. Here she actually
accents the outfit with the pattern contrast of white on black along with the black
shoes and clutch. I’m not sure I would have chosen the cut-out wide plastic belt
to go with this. Maybe a thin black belt or rope/cloth style with the same
pattern as the dress would be better. Just an observation of the picture, I
think they should have switched dresses. Krystal’s dark hair would have better
accented the pattern dress and Victoria’s lighter hair would have given
contrast to the solid as in the prior picture. Any man could be very proud to
have either of these two ladies beside him!
Now we see Victoria in casual clothing. Just
as her colorful and quirky personality is something that grows on you I suspect
this outfit could. She must really need to know what time it is with all the
watches. Maybe it is time to talk to the plants as she does in IY1.
(For
those of you that are new to kpop I recommend you watch the Korean variety show
called “Invincible Youth”. It has a number of Kpop lady idols doing hard work
and having fun. IY1 takes place in a farming village and IY2 is in a fishing
village. In fact there are a number of these types of shows involving Kpop
stars. They will give you an inside look at their personalities and culture.)
I
tried to see a color scheme or theme to this outfit but can’t. We have the red,
black and white plaid shirt with blue jean jacket, maybe? Black jeans with skinny turquoise belt along
with the sheepskin vest, no! I think maybe the shirt, jeans and a black jean jacket
would go together great. She should have omitted the belt and vest.
Now we see Victoria with all her cuteness.
Oddly enough, these head bands are very popular. Whether it is this type with a
bow or it’s bunny ears or cat ears or a number of others. It gives these ladies
a unique look and just makes you want to cuddle them. As always, “it is up to
you and who you want to please”. You can find great clothing style ideas at K-styleme or any other of the links to the right.
I am
sorry for the missed days but my sister site was having difficulties (with the
powers to be of the music world) and I was considering stopping the blogs but I
have now decided to push on despite the difficulties. I Thank everyone for your
support.
